A collection of animations made to highlight new product features. With the intention to be shared online, they needed to be short, easy to consume, and understandable for mobile viewers. This lead to create a visual system on how to product animation for current Wise users. They being more familiar with how the product works, allowed the interface to be scaled back and be detailed only when it needed to be. Thus making a simplified way of displaying the product.
Running several sessions of user testing was crucial when developing the simplified UI. The sessions revealed which steps to show and which were not necessary to make the viewer understand the process shown. In fact, when walkthrough animations were added to the top contact FAQ page, there was a 70% reduction on contacts.
